George Lewis
George A. Lewis, CPA Broussard, Poche', Lewis and Breaux, retired/Lafayette, Louisiana George Lewis is a retired partner in a local accounting firm. He has previously served the AICPA as a member of the Board of Examiners and the Accounting Practice Subcommittee, as a member for five years of the Auditing Standards Board, as a member of the AICPA Special Committee on Assurance Services, and has also served on various committees of the Society of Louisiana CPAs. He has also served as a member of the Comptroller General's Government Audit Advisory Council and as Chairman of the AICPA's Task Force on ElderCare Assurance.
