William Delsa, CPA, is a Partner in CohnReznick's Atlanta office and a member of the Firm's Tax Practice. William has 11 years of public accounting experience to real estate clients that include affordable housing, commercial real estate developers, private equity funds, real estate syndicators, management companies, individuals, and not-for-profit organizations. Within the real estate industry, William specializes in operating and fund level taxation, target capital account allocations, and Section 42, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit.
