Paul Baumann
Paul Baumann is a partner in a local firm providing services for mergers and acquisitions, review of business valuation for compliance with uniform standards of appraisal practice, business damage analysis, dissenting stockholder suits, investment value and synergistic value of business, estate tax valuations, employee stock ownership plans, family law, and eminent domain. Paul has previously been employed by other local firms as a litigation consultant and project manager. Mr. Baumann is a member of the AICPA, the American Society of Appraisers, Association of Eminent Domain Professionals, Institute of Business Appraisers, and the Florida Institute of CPAs. He is a former Chair of the Florida Bar, Health Law Section. Paul has published several articles. Paul as served as a teacher/lecturer in business valuation courses for the Florida Institute of CPAs and the American Society of Appraisers for numerous years.
