Alexandra DeFelice
Alexandra DeFelice is a senior editor for the Journal of Accountancy. Her primary role is planning, writing and editing technology articles for the magazine and Web site. She also helps to drive the JofA's social media presence through the Facebook Fan page, facebook.com/JournalofAccountancy, and Twitter account, AICPA_JofA. Prior to the JofA, Alexandra worked as a senior editor for Accounting Technology, Accounting Today and WebCPA and co-founded a website and blog focused on the future of the profession, Accounting Tomorrow. She served for several years as a city editor for a chain of daily newspapers in the San Francisco Bay Area before returning to New York City, where she currently lives and works. She graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in journalism and, while there, minored in Spanish and English.
