Austin K. Lee
Austin Lee A teacher at heart, Austin Lee is the Vice President of Operations at Dime, a full service bookkeeping firm in Atlanta, GA. In his role at Dime, Austin is responsible for implementing organizational systems, working with the Marketing Manager to set strategy, and working with customers to create systems to maximize efficiency. Prior to Austin's work with Dime he was the Director of Storytelling at eyespeak, LLC where he created and implemented social media marketing campaigns for clients in a variety of industries and worked with start-up companies to find their identity. He has been quoted in Symantec's Small Business newsletter, the Atlanta Journal Constitution, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and the Wall Street Journal Online Edition. In addition he is an in-demand speaker and consultant on topics such as: Social Media Marketing, Creating Business Systems and Customer Service. Austin has a bachelor in business administration from Mars Hill College and a master of accounting degree from North Carolina State University. He spent four year in the tax practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and one and a half years in the audit practice at CapinCrouse LLP.
