In April 2011, Arlene had an epiphany that her busy season survival habits were not healthy and would eventually kill her. Whenever April 15th came and went, she joined a gym and set out to change her lifestyle. She was able to shed pounds, just by changing her eating habits; soon she was even taken off her high blood pressure, high cholesterol, acid reflux and pre-diabetes medicines. By January 2012, she had developed healthy habits, which allowed to continue to lose weight (even through busy season!). By April 15, 2012, she lost 55 lbs. As a result, helping CPAs and accountants get healthy by taking simple steps to change their lifestyle became her life's mission. She became so inspired that she returned to school and became a Certified Health Coach. She now helps her CPA clients manage their stress, regain energy and lose weight.
