Edward Outlaw, CPA
Ed Outlaw, the Director of State Tax Credits for TaxBreak LLC, has extensive experience with tax credits and incentives. Prior to working with TaxBreak, he specialized in state tax credits and economic development incentives as a consultant with various big five accounting firms. Ed has worked with numerous companies in a variety of industries to negotiate incentives for expansions and relocations, and to help companies take advantage of state tax credits. His educational background includes an undergraduate degree from Emory University and a masters degree in Taxation from Georgia State University. Ed is an active member of the Peachtree City Rotary Club, the Georgia Society of CPA's, the Georgia Economic Developers Association, the Greater Atlanta Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, and the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce.
