Thomas T. Brooks, CPA, ABV, ASA

Mr. Brooks is a valuation manager at Adams Capital, Inc. He has more than nine years of valuation experience specializing in fl~e valuation of businesses, business interests, and tangible and intangible property for mergers and acquisitions, gift and estate planning, strategic planning, dissenting shareholders, financial and tax reporting, marital dissolution, and creditor/collateral analysis. Prior to joining Adams Capital, Inc., Mr. Brooks practiced business valuation services with KPMG LLP (an international "Big Four" accounting and consulting firm) and Ronald Blue & Co., LLC. In addition, he also worked in the acquisitions group for Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. valuing and coordinating the acquisition of other Coca-Co]a bottlers and for Imerys SA as a senior business analyst. Mr. Brooks' industry experience includes agribusiness, property investu~ent/developn~ent, distribution, food and beverage, healthcare, lfigh teclmology, professional service, manufacturing, retail, restaurant, rental car, textiles, homebuilding, and mining. EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS Mr. Brooks received a BS degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is an Accredited Senior Appraiser with fl~e American Society of Appraisers (ASA). Mr. Brooks is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Amarican Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA).
