Debbie Rodkin, MBA
EXPERTISE Debbie Rodkin is a partner with Bedford's southeast office, and since 2005 has worked to cultivate relationships with CPA firms, commercial real estate developers and investors, asset/portfolio managers, and owners. Through these connections, she helps clients increase cash flow using cost segregation and asset management studies, 179D/energy consulting, and Research & Development tax credits. Most recently, Debbie pioneered Open House Atlanta, which offers the public a unique opportunity to explore some of the city's most iconic and unique architectural treasures. In its inaugural year (October 2017), over 5,100 visitors enjoyed a behind-the-scenes tour of over forty new and historical properties that shape the heart of the city. EXPERIENCE Debbie has capably led the Bedford sales team for over a decade. She began her career managing apartment communities, increasing ROI and occupancy on her properties. After working with Trammell Crow Residential Services for five years and completing her MBA, Debbie changed career paths to concentrate on the consumer packaged goods industry. Upon leaving the CPG world, Debbie founded Re:Focus on Careers, a networking organization dedicated to helping professionals with career development. She continues to facilitate events, offer career coaching, and present networking seminars to corporations, organizations, and alumni associations.
