Spence Pryor is a seasoned trial lawyer and an experienced investigator. He helps businesses, boards, universities, nonprofits, executives and individuals solve and avoid legal problems of all types. As a former assistant U.S. Attorney and counsel to the Deputy Attorney General, Spence has unique experience handling myriad legal matters. Spence has successfully handled matters throughout the United States as well as internationally. He was a member of Georgia's Judicial Nominating Commission under Governor Perdue and currently serves on the Board of Visitors at the University of Georgia School of Law. Spence concentrates his practice in the areas of white collar criminal defense, government (state and federal) investigations and congressional investigations. Spence's practice focuses on corporate compliance, health care litigation, defending and investigating matters related to the False Claims Act and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), cyber intrusion and data breach, state AG investigations related to consumer protection issues, including deceptive and unfair trade practices, and conducting internal corporate investigations.
