Frank Brown
Frank Brown, J.D., L.LM., is the CEO of TaxBreak, L.L.C. Frank holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Alabama and Masters of the Laws of Taxation from New York University. Prior to founding TaxBreak, L.L. C. Mr. Brown was in private tax practice. Mr. Brown is a frequent speaker at tax seminars on federal, state and local taxation issues. He is a member of the American Bar Association and Alabama Bar Association.
