Vicki Siegel
Vicki B. Siegel, ALA., is the president of Siegel Associates, an Atlanta-based consulting and training firm, specializing in customized in-house programs That enhance the quality of people's performance. She develops and conducts workshops and courses that help people work together more productively and effectively. These programs help individuals better understand the strengths and potential blindspots of their own and other's personality, communication style, and leadership style and how these factors impact job perforrnance and work relationships. She is a frequent speaker on the topic of how our personality influences our relationships and career satisfaction. Vicki holds a B.S. in psychology and a M.A. in clinical psychology from Georgia State University. Her broad background in human resource development includes expertise in recruitment and selection, career counseling and development, team building, and management development. Her clients include government agencies, professional associations, and organizations in such diverse industries as healthcare, software design, insurance, interior design, and public utilities. Vicki is a member of the American Psychological Association and the American Society for Training and Development.
