Robert Kleeman is a member and serves as the Director of the Firms Valuation and Forensic Services Group. He is a CPA licensed to practice in Illinois, Colorado and Texas. In addition to his other designations above, he is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, and an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation. He has been providing litigation and valuation services for over three decades. He has valued hundreds of entities, including entities with total market value of in excess of $100,000,000. He has testified in numerous Federal Jurisdictions, as well as providing testimony in over 25 different states.
Mr. Kleeman has served on the AICPA ABV Credential Subcommittee, and the AICPA Business Valuation and Appraisals Subcommittee. He also completed service with the Steering Committee for the AICPA Business Valuation Conference and the Education Board of NACVA and is a former member of the Curriculum Committee for the Colorado CPA Society. He is a frequent author and lecturer for the AICPA, American Bar Association, State CPA Associations, State Bar Associations, and other professional organizations.
