William E. Eye, J.D., M.Litt
William E. Eye is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Atlanta office. Will focuses his practice on complex commercial and appellate litigation. He represents clients in state and federal courts i1 a wide variety of matters, including odor nuisance, securities and consumer fraud, product liability, and constitutional law. Will also maintains an active pro bona practice, having represented indigent clients and amicus curiae in appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and in the certiorari and merits stages at the U.S. Supreme Court. Before joining the firm, Will practiced appellate and class-action litigation at another prominent international law firm. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Ed Carnes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In 2018, hewas awarded a Temple Bar Scholarship, through which he traveled to London to work alongside some of the most senior members of the British bar and judiciary. Will graduated first in his class from Emory University School of Law, where he served as Executive Notes & Comments Editor of the Emory Law Journal. While at Emory, he won the ABA Law Student Writing Competition, received Dean's Awards in nine courses, and was awarded the Paul Bryan Prize in Constitutional Law. Will currently serves as an adjunct professor at Emory Law, where he teaches an upper-level Remedies course.
