Paul T. Aase
Paul T. Aase is the Director of Acquisitions and Asset Services for Roberts Commercial Real Estate. He joined the company in 1995 after beginning his real estate career as a commercial appraiser. Mr. Aase has experience in multiple disciplines in the commercial real estate industry including valuation, consulting, brokerage, development and acquisitions. While at Roberts, prior to his capacity as Director of Acquisitions, Paul facilitated numerous transactions in the offi ce, retail, industrial and land categories, and is a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club for the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS. Since their fi rst acquisition, his team has acquired and developed over $125 million in commercial projects in metropolitan Atlanta. Mr. Aase is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM Institute, serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS, and is a graduate of Leadership Forsyth. He attended Florida State University, where he received Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting, Finance and Real Estate, and currently serves on the Board of Governors for the FSU College of Business.
