Allen N. Bradley
Allen Bradley is a Member of the firm based in the Atlanta office. He is a member of the Business & Corporate Services Group, the Health Care Service Group and the Green Industry Practice Group. His practice focuses on corporate and technology law (emerging company representation); corporate finance and securities; corporate tax; mergers and acquisitions; executive and other non-qualified compensation; and corporate and individual real estate (1031 exchanges). He also represents clients in the healthcare and hospitality industries. With regard to renewable energy and sustainability initiatives, Mr. Bradley is a member of the Public Policy & Incentives Working Group of the Georgia Solar Energy Association. Additional, Mr. Bradley has assisted clients with obtaining federal and state grants and other subsidies with regard to renewable energy projects.
