Robert C. Willis, CPA

Robert T. Willis, Jr., CFA, is a shareholder and the chief investment officer at Willis Investment Counsel, where his responsibilities include portfolio management and equity research. Previously, he served as a certified public accountant at Arthur Andersen & Company. Mr. Willis has authored numerous articles, including "Preparing Valuation Reports to Withstand Judicial Challenge" and "Steps to Protect the Fiduciary from Liability for Investment Decisions," both published in Estate Planning. He is chair of AIMR's Disciplinary Review Committee. Mr. Willis holds a B.B.A from Emory University School of Business.
