Tynan Kugler

Tynan holds a BS degree in Biology from the College of William and Mary, a Master of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a Master of Public Health from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University. Her experience includes providing strategic planning expertise and facilitating competitive, industry, and market analyses for physician groups, community hospitals and health systems, and academic medical centers. She has conducted financial and economic feasibility studies and completed demographic and market potential reviews to determine the viability of acquisitions, hospital-physician joint ventures, and expansion opportunities. Her experience also includes medical practice valuations and fair market value opinions. Tynan has presented numerous training programs on HIPAA Privacy and Security and on the FTC Red Flag Rules. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Medical Group Management Association, and the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development.
