Vicki graduated from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (graduating Summa Cum Laude) from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida. Vicki passed the Certified Public accountant exam in 1988 and has been a CPA licensed in Florida ever since. Vicki entered the Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia in 2001 and graduated with her JD Degree in 2004. She founded the Mercer Tax Law Society and was the President of the organization while attending Mercer. Vicki passed the Georgia Bar Exam in 2004 and practices in the area of Estate Planning. She is a partner in the law firm of Kirby, Palmer, Farrell, Nix Fayette Law Group. She is the past chair of the Atlanta Bar Association's Elder Law Section and currently serves on the section's board.
