Dr. Mark C. Dawkins earned a Bachelor of Science in Management (Accounting) degree from Georgia Institute of Technology. He earned both a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree and a Master of Accounting (Auditing) degree from the University of Florida and a Ph.D. in Accounting from Florida State University. Currently, he is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Georgia. He has published numerous articles and received the 2003 outstanding teacher award from the Beta Upsilon Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi. He has served the University of Georgia on various committees and often speaks at high schools and other organizations on accounting topics.
