Bio – Annese Norman I started my career in Rock Hill, SC as a Claims Specialist assisting the public file for Supplemental Security Income (SSI). The federal needs based program. I was promoted to an Interactive Video Training Instructor, I trained newly hired and recently promoted employees on how to process claims in the SSI program. I was an Operations Supervisor in a metro Atlanta Field Office, where I monitored workloads and assisted the public. In my current position as a Public Affairs Specialist, I educate the public about Social Security programs. I have over 25 years of government service. I am an Air Force Veteran. I served during Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield.
