Jeffrey is the leader of Financial Consulting Services at Aprio. Before joining Aprio, Jeffrey was with Deloitte, Cox Enterprises, Inc., and BDO Atlanta, Georgia. In his role, Jeffrey provides advice related to technical accounting, business process automation, and financial reporting for U.S. and international companies, both public or private. He has significant experience in the technical accounting areas of SaaS revenue recognition, lease accounting, business combinations, share based compensation, spin-offs, and Debt Modifications and Extinguishments.
