Scott Shackleton Raleigh, NC Scott Shackleton is the founder of Shackleton CPA & Consulting, a Raleigh, North Carolina, firm that concentrated on helping develop businesses and medical practices to their full potential. Scott sold the firm in 2006 and now focuses on a small group of medical practices and nonprofit work in the United States and internationally. Prior to starting Shackleton CPA & Consulting in 1990, Scott was employed with an international CPA firm. He speaks frequently and has been awarded NCACPA's Outstanding Discussion Leader Award in 2006, 2008, 2014 and 2015. Scott is a 1983 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in accounting and a 1991 graduate of Campbell University, where he earned an MBA. He is a CPA, licensed in North Carolina.
