Greg George Director, Center for Economic Analysis, Middle George State University Dr. Greg George is a tenured Professor of Economics and the Director of the Center for Economic Analysis, which he founded at Middle Georgia State University in 2005. He received his PhD and Masters Degree from the University of South Carolina and his Undergraduate Degree from the University of North Carolina. Greg is the chair of the Middle Georgia Economic Advisory Council which advises the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta on current economic trends in the Middle Georgia region. Greg serves as an expert witness in class action law suits around the nation, and has been retained by the Canadian Government in their litigation versus the tobacco industry. His consulting firm conducts economic impact studies for the EB-5 immigration program in Atlanta and for various Chambers of Commerce in the Middle Georgia region. Greg publishes in the field of Microeconomics, Game Theory and Experimental Economics and has taught a variety of classes including: Managerial Economics, Microeconomics, International Trade Theory, Quantitative Methods, and Macroeconomics. In his spare time, Greg enjoys astronomy, traveling, back-country skiing and surfing.
