Jeffrey Diamond

Jeffrey D. Diamond, is an active member of both the State Bars of Georgia and California, having first been admitted to the State Bar of California in 1978 before relocating to Atlanta, Georgia from Los Angeles, California in 2007, when he was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1975 from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 1978. During his career in California, Mr. Diamond has represented both policyholders and insurance companies in insurance coverage and bad faith actions, but exclusively represents policyholders in his Georgia law practice in which he practices as a solo practitioner. He has been recognized as an "AV" rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell since 1994 and since 2013, each year has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyer. In addition to his active law practice, Mr. Diamond serves as an Adjunct Professor of Insurance Law at both Georgia State University College of Law and Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. In addition to his frequent speaking engagements on insurance law related topics, Mr. Diamond's other teaching endeavors include service as a law instructor for the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, a national educational organization which conducts continuing education programs for financial professionals across the country and also, he is a principal of Courtroom Bootcamp, LLC, a privately owned educational provider focusing upon expert witness related training for both experts and lawyers.
