Melissa Smith, CPA Raleigh, NC Melissa Smith is the Global Tax Director for a Multi-national Company and And has over 15 years experience in the area of international taxation. Previously she held positions as consultant and manager at international accounting firms where she concentrated on international taxation, corporations and individuals. Melissa also held a manager position at a large toy manufacturer where she was responsible for domestic and foreign tax compliance. Melissa is a member of the North Carolina Association of CPAs where she is the Chairman of the International Practice Committee and a member of the Board of Directors. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and presents continuing education courses nationwide.
