Mr. Reardon has extensive experience in representing lenders and developers in construction and permanent financing involving multifamily, commercial and resort residential properties. Mr. Reardon also has experience representing Freddie Mac seller/servicers providing permanent financing for multifamily properties throughout the Southeast. Mr. Reardon regularly represents lenders in loan workouts and foreclosures.
