Eric J. Vayle Vice President Current Responsibilities Eric Vayle is a Vice President and tenant representative for JLL's corporate and institutional clients. He advises and represents both private and public sector entities in their pursuit of office and other work space in Georgia and across the southeastern United States. Eric's clients look to him to guide them in wrestling with questions of location, evaluating financial and tax factors involved in leasing, and finally to execute transactions that take advantage of the opportunity identified. Eric's corporate clients rely upon him to provide creative solutions to difficult development and financing questions, and his leadership has enabled large and small companies to secure appropriate space for existing and growth needs, at best prices and terms possible. Experience Approaching real estate first from the perspective of the strategist, Eric Vayle brings 20 years of experience to bear on today's real estate issues. A background in corporate and financial strategy has driven Eric's hard-nosed understanding that the right real estate transaction is founded upon a well-designed, comprehensive approach to the client's need for real estate – as space, as business platform, as investment vehicle. Among various brokerage responsibilities, Eric is a leading provider of real estate services in support of the business offices and headquarters operations of large and small Atlanta companies, among them Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Axiall Corporation, Alvarez & Marsal Consulting, AJC International, and MDI Group. Education and Affiliation Eric holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and History) from Stanford University.
