Earned a BA in Accounting from Auburn University. He began his career with The Reznick Group, and after a career in public accounting and consulting, joined a regional executive search firm. After a successful career with that firm, Beau joined Korn/Ferry as a senior associate in the Financial Officers Practice group. Beau is also a Board of Trustees Member for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, Georgia Chapter.
