Mitchell Clark Jr.

P. Mitchell Clark, Jr. founded MitchellClark & Company, which provides investment and financial advisory services on a fee-only basis. He has more than 26 years experience helping individuals, businesses, and their owners meet their financial goals through qualified and nonqualified benefit plans, financial planning, investment planning, income-tax planning, and estate planning. Mr. Clark has been active in teaching, speaking, and writing on these subjects. Recent speaking engagements include the Texas Society of CPAs, the International Association for Financial Planning, the CPA Club, the American Society of Chartered Life Underwriters and Chartered Financial Consultants, and the Houston Association of Life Underwriters. Mr. Clark is also an instructor in the Rice University School of Continuing Studies educational program, which is required to be completed by candidates for the Certified Financial Planner certification. He has also served as financial consultant and/or expert witness in both federal and state court cases. Mr. Clark holds a BA degree from Columbia College, an MBA from Columbia University, and a master's degree from the American College. He is also a Chartered Life Underwriter, a Chartered Financial Consultant, and a Certified Financial Planner.
