Rebecca T. Harrison

Becky has been a law enforcement officer for over 17 years. She served as a police officer and Vice Narcotics Detective with the Greensboro, NC PD. She entered on duty with the FBI in January 1991 and was first assigned to the Savannah Office. While in Savannah, she investigated mainly reactive and violent crimes that stemmed from Ft. Stewart, Hunter Army Airfield and the overall territory of Savannah, which was ripe with corruption of law enforcement and drug-related crimes. Upon her transfer to the Augusta office in 1993, she had a rude awakening when she was assigned as the official "Health Care Fraud" Agent. She has since been able to refocus her efforts and interests to include many areas of white-collar crime and has come to enjoy the work, due to the large amounts of money mad significant forfeitures oftentimes involved. With the recent reorganization efforts within the Bureau, Becky is once again seeing a shift in her investigative priorities. She maintains her "real police work feeling" by serving on the FBI's Evidence Response Team as a Team Leader and Training Coordinator. In this capacity, she has been able to contribute to the Bureau's mission by responding to the Olympic bombings, the Pentagon and the World Trade Center. Becky possesses a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a Master's in Business Administration.
