Mr. Wolensky represents clients in SEC and other securities regulatory inquiries; conducts internal corporate investigations; serves as defense counsel in securities and employment litigation and arbitrations; has served as an arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., the New York Stock Exchange, Inc. and the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. Mr. Wolensky served 16 years with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
