Scott Dayan

Scott Dayan is a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of the law firm Kilpatrick Stockton LLP. He specializes in tax planning for businesses, primarily in the international area. He also handles signifrcant tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service. His practice focuses primarily on both inbound and outbound tax plannin~ involving almost every European country and many countries in Central and South America. He was graduated from Emory University with a J.D. Degree in 1974 and obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from New York University in 1975. His undergraduate degree is from the University of GA. He has served as clerk to Judge William M. Fay of the United States Tax Court in Washington, DC and has served as an adjunct professor of law in taxation at Emory University. Scott is a member of the state bars of Georgia, District of Columbia and Texas.
