Alison serves as a director in Forvis Mazars’ tax practice, with more than 14 years of experience in compliance and tax advisory services. Throughout her career with the firm, Alison has developed experience in several financial areas, including tax planning, business consultation, and transaction guidance, as well as tax research and compliance for corporation, partnerships, limited-liability entities, and high net worth individuals. She serves clients ranging in size from private start-ups to large public companies. In addition, Alison has extensive experience with ASC 740 as well as implemented OneSource Tax Provision for both privately-held and publicly-traded companies. She is a graduate of Auburn University, with both a B.S. degree in accounting and a Masters of Accountancy.
