Charles B. Pyke Jr

Charles B. Pyke, Jr., JD, is the founding partner of Pyke & Associates, P.C., Georgia's Estate Planning and Elder Law Centersm. Pyke & Associates, P.C. is a law firm which offers a wide range of estate planning services with a primary focus on helping clients provide for the security of their loved ones, protect assets from long term care concerns, reduce the estate taxes and avoid, or at least minimize, the costs and delays of estate administration, all with a well-crafted estate plan. The mission statement of the law firm is "Helping people to be good stewards of all that has been entrusted to them." Mr. Pyke graduated high school from Woodward Academy in College Park, Georgia then received his Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Auburn University. Mr. Pyke went on to receive his Doctor of Law degree from The Emory University School of Law. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, Georgia Bar Association (Fiduciary Law, Taxation and Real Property Law Sections), American Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. He is one of six attorney's in the state of Georgia who is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is an accredited attorney of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). He is admitted before the Superior Courts, Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of the State of Georgia, United States District Court and United States Court of Appeals. Mr. Pyke is a co-author of two books, A Will Is Not Enough In Georgia and Estate Planning Basics: 38 Commonly Asked Questions About Estate Planning. Mr. Pyke also holds the following securities and insurance licenses: Series 6; 7; 63; 65; 66; Life, Health, Accident and Sickness; Variable Life and Variable Annuity. He is also a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC). Mr. Pyke has drafted literally thousands of estate plans and has led hundreds of families through the maze of estate and trust administration. He is dedicated to educating the layman and professionals on the importance of estate planning, elder law and estate administration issues through educational seminars and published articles.
