Jodi K. Prevost, CPA
Jodi Feeley, CPA – Audit Manager Jodi Feeley is a member of the assurance and advisory services practice of Frazier & Deeter. Jodi specializes in real estate, not-for-profit entities, professional services firms, and high net worth individuals. She audits investment companies and foundations with assets up to $400 million and is an expert in timber and timberland audits with clients that include investment funds, REIT's, timberland management organizations, and operating companies. She has extensive experience auditing professional service firms as well as non-profit entities, including educational societies, foundations, and churches. Jodi performs internal control assessments as well as SEC compliance audits for investment advisors. She also works closely with Frazier & Deeter's audit methodology to ensure quality and consistency of procedures throughout the assurance practice. Jodi received her Bachelors of Science in Management with a Concentration in Accounting and Minor in Spanish from the Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated with highest honors. She is also a recipient of the 2006 Gold Key Award for earning one of the top five CPA exam scores in the State of Georgia.
