Kenisha Robnett, CCIM,
Kenisha Robnett CCIM, MRED Kenisha began her real estate career in 2006 as an entrepreneur, managing a commercial and residential portfolio for a private investment firm. She later transitioned solely to commercial brokerage as a tenant representative with UGL-Equis. After completing her Master's Degree in Real Estate Development, Kenisha joined an Atlanta-based development firm, to manage their class A high-rise commercial projects in Midtown and Buckhead. Her next role was with the real estate division at Walmart headquarters where her responsibilities included: lease negotiations, excess land sales, portfolio management and new store development within her portfolio of over 44 million square feet ($8B). In March of 2017, Kenisha returned to full-time brokerage providing clients with disposition, acquisition, leasing and strategic transaction advisory services prior to joining Greenwood CRE. Kenisha has been recognized as a 'GlobeSt, Tenant Rep Broker of the Year', a 'Woman of Influence in CRE', and a Connect Media 'Woman in Commercial Real Estate Award' recipient. She is regarded as a national leader in the CRE industry and is also a sought after national speaker. Kenisha holds the prestigious CCIM designation and in 2019 she became an instructor for the CCIM Institute teaching CI-101 'Financial Analysis' and 'CI-103 User Decisions'. Kenisha is a frequent guest lecturer in Georgia State University's undergrad and Masters of Real Estate programs. In 2019, Kenisha was elected to the GA CCIM Chapter's Board of Directors. She is the current chapter President-Elect and a National CCIM International Affairs Committee member. Kenisha is also a mentor with the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors; and in 2020 she launched a CCIM/REAP mentorship program to support diverse professionals that are new to the industry.
