Bobby J. Carmichael
Bobby J. Carmichael is a professor of accounting at Texas A & M University mad has taught all areas of financial accounting (principles, intermediate, and advanced), individual and advanced income taxation, cost (managerial) accounting, and microcomputer applications in accounting. He is also a certified public accountant in Florida mad Texas. Mr. Carmichael's main teaching areas currently are income-tax accounting mad financial accounting. He has articles that have been published regularly in both of these areas. He authored manuals for a certified public accounting examination review for many years and has also authored several continuing professional education manuals. In addition, he conducts numerous continuing professional education seminars each year across the United States, which are sponsored by the State Societies of CPAs. His degrees include: an Ed.D. in higher education with a minor in accounting from the University of Florida; an M.Ed. in educational administration from the University of North Florida; a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of North Florida; an M.B.A. in management from the University of Arkansas; and a B.B.A. in marketing from Eastern New Mexico University.
