Previously employed by: Chatham County Board of Assessors as their Commercial/Industrial Section Manager (1984-1987) Glynn County Board of Assessors - Chief Appraiser (1987-1992) Clayton County Board of Assessors - Chief Appraiser ( 1992-1998 ) Now employed by the Dekalb County Board of Assessors - (1999-Present) Past President of the Savannah Chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers (1989) (Now the Appraisal Institute) Past President of the Georgia Association Of Assessing Officials (1989-90) Serves as an instructor in the Georgia Department of Revenue's Certification Program for Tax Assessors and Appraisers.
