Evan Melcher, AIF®, ARPC®, CIMA®
Evan Melcher is a Senior Consultant with FiduciaryVest, a boutique investment consulting firm focused exclusively on helping fiduciaries build and maintain top-notch investment programs. Together with his colleagues, Evan helps serve the needs of fiduciaries charged with oversight responsibilities for the retirement plans and investment pools of some of the nation's most distinguished corporations, hospitals, non-profits, foundations and endowments. With 15 years of retirement plan experience, Evan specializes in developing and managing solutions for institutional clients by providing independent investment advice, fiduciary oversight, investment policy development and monitoring, fee benchmarking and fee negation for plan sponsors. He is a regular speaker at conferences and conventions, and has written several articles related to fiduciary responsibility, fee disclosure, target date funds, best practices for plan committees and sponsors, and other defined contribution topics. Evan earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation at the Wharton School of Business and also holds his Accredited Retirement Plan Consultant (ARPC®) designation. He is also an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). Evan holds his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Furman University and his MBA in Finance from Rollins College. Evan serves as a member of the investment committee at FiduciaryVest. Evan currently serves as the President of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Atlanta and is a member of the Southern Employee Benefits Conference (SEBC).
