Ashley Allen-Feliciano has been a Wage and Hour investigator since 2009. As a Wage and Hour investigator, Ashley conducts investigations to ensure that employers are in compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act, Davis Bacon and Service Contract Acts, Family and Medical Leave Act, Migrant and Seasonal Farmworker Protection Act, and the regulations associated with temporary work visas H-2A, H-2B, and H-1B.
