Susan Billeaud

Susan Billeaud is a business transactions attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to her work as general counsel for start-ups and privately-held businesses, Susan has particular experience assisting certified women-owned and minority-owned businesses or those seeking such certification with issues including pre-application planning, succession planning, reapplication, and pre- and post-certification fundraising and restructuring. While a presenter for Surgent McCoy CPE, L.L.C., Susan continues her business law and commercial litigation practice of more than 15 years. She is licensed in Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, and Texas; and has also presented seminars on behalf of the Louisiana Association of Enrolled Agents, the Acadiana Small Business Development Center, the Louisiana Tech Park, and C4 Atlanta, among others.
