Bishop, who spent 15 years with Big 4 public accounting and advisory firms PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young before running his own consulting practice, will lead Hancock Askew's IT related audit, risk advisory, and Service Organization Controls (SOC) reporting services. Bishop's deep experience, especially with IT risk management and control and SOC examination methodology and delivery, will add significant capabilities and value for the Hancock Askew's clients in this rapidly growing service sector for the firm. George Bishop will be located in Hancock Askew's Atlanta office.
