(404) 348-0246 BCANTLEY@JOHNMARSHALL.EDU Academic Experience Professor Cantley is currently a Visiting Associate Professor of Law at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School ("AJMLS"), and will become a tenure-track Associate Professor of Law at AJMLS beginning in Fall 2012. He also currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Masters in Taxation Program at Northeastern University ("NEU"). He previously served as a Professor of Law in the International Tax and Financial Services Program (LL.M. Program) at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and as an Assistant Professor of Law with the LL.M. Program at St. Thomas University School of Law. He currently teaches courses in Federal Income Taxation, Corporate Taxation, Estate Planning, and Property at AJMLS, as well as International Taxation at NEU. He has previously also taught Tax II, Partnership Tax, Business Entities, and several tax-oriented legal writing courses. College, Law School, Graduate School Professor Cantley received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Berkeley. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. Graduating in the Top 10% of his class, he received the American Jurisprudence Award for Corporations and the book award for White Collar Crime. He received his LL.M. degree in Taxation from the University of Florida, College of Law, graduating near the top of his class.
