Tim began his career in the practice of law, working for the Atlanta firm of King and Spalding. He also was a law clerk for Chief Justice Sears of the Georgia Supreme Court. He has expertise in trust and estate planning, liability planning, tax planning, and retirement planning. Tim has served clients in Wachovia Wealth Management for six years, where he was an investment manager and estate planning advisor. Tim holds his J.D. from William & Mary Law School, and an undergraduate degree from Washington & Lee University where he graduated magna cum laude. He is currently a Registered Representative, Investment Advisor Agent with Oppenheimer & Co, Inc.
