Stephanie Casteel Partner Atlanta Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Myrphy LLP Stephanie Casteel concentrates in tax, trust and estate planning. Her particular areas of concentration include individual wealth transfer planning, tax-exempt organizations, estate administration, fiduciary litigation and business succession planning. Ms. Casteel is a frequent lecturer at professional and client-oriented seminars and has drafted many wills for Atlanta Legal Aid's AIDS Project. She is currently serving on a Georgia State Bar Committee, which is drafting proposed language for a total return unitrust statute for the State of Georgia.
