Holly Sharp

Holly Sharp, CPA LaPorte, Sehrt, Romig and Hand/Metairie, Louisiana Ms. Sharp is a shareholder and director in a local CPA and consulting firm and also serves as an Adjunct Professor for the A.B. Freeman School of business, Tulane University. She provides consulting services for individuals, corporations and other entities in areas of taxation, financial planning, estate planning and business succession planning. Her litigation experience includes testimony and forensic accounting services in accounting, financial, economic and business issues. She also holds the designations Certified Financial Planner and Certified Fraud Examiner and is a frequent lecturer on tax, estate planning, litigation and forensic accounting topics before national, state and local forums. Ms. Sharp is a member of the AICPA and is a past member of the AICPA's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Services Subcommittee. She has written articles for publications such as The Practical Accountant, The Tax Advisor, and CPA Litigation Services Counselor. She authored a chapter in Income Reconstruction: A Guide to Discovering Unreported Income. She authored a practice aid for the AICPA on Calculation of Damages from Personal Injury, Wrongful Death and Employment Litigation.
