Richard R. Clune Jr, CPA, CIA

Rich is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Kennesaw State University, having joined the full time faculty in the Fall 2002. In June 2002, he retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP after 20 years with the firm, the last 10 years as an audit partner. He also has over 5 years private industry experience (director of internal audit, operations officer, financial reporting officer, controller) and 2 plus years of public accounting experience with another firm. While serving in Coopers and Lybrand's National office, he authored 2 nationally distributed Firm publications: a Guide to Financial Instruments and the other, an Implementation Guide for SFAS 97. He also co-authored a chapter on hedging for a nationally distributed text, The Controller's Manual. Rich is a graduate of Manhattan College, Kennesaw State University (MBA) and is currently in his second year of a doctoral program at Case Western Reserve University.
