Lou is an attorney and a C.P.A. He obtained his B.S. in Accounting in 1976 from the University of Delaware and his J.D. in 1983 from Widener University School of Law. Lou is an Adjunct Professor for the MBA program at the Pennsylvania State University, where he teaches courses in the areas of Accounting, Employment Law, Finance, and Economics. He is also an Adjunct Professor in both the Accounting Department and the Master of Science in Taxation Program at Widener University. In the past, Lou has acted as Corporate Counsel, Chief Financial Officer, and as Tax Director of several corporations. Lou, who has provided CPE lectures since 1992, speaks frequently in the areas of Pension and Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Fringe Benefits, Employment Law, Limited Liability Companies, and Purchase and Sale of a Business.
