Marie Conroy is a tax principal based in Reznick Group's Atlanta office. With a focus in the real estate industry, she has more than 15 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to real estate investment funds and advisors, property managers, corporate owners of real estate, and real estate owners and operators. Her clients also include real estate investment trusts, commercial developers and residential homebuilders. Marie's federal income tax services include advising clients on structuring and unwinding partnerships and joint ventures, taxation issues related to partnership operations, REIT tax compliance and due diligence, like-kind exchange planning, and general tax accounting for real estate entities and operations.
